Our Team

Brian Blauch, General Manager

Brian holds degrees in clarinet performance from UNCG and Arizona State University. His performance career included 13 years playing for Broadway national tours, which took him in 49 US states, 6 Canadian provinces, and Brazil. He is internationally recognized for his ocarina collection and can rock a bolo tie like no other.

Addison Rose Kotulski, Director of Music Education and Community Outreach

Addison Rose Kotulski grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and holds degrees in Horn Performance from UNC Greensboro and Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington. During her time in Seattle, she toured with the punk group Basement Surfers while also serving as principal horn with the Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra and Helios Symphony Orchestra. Outside of music, she enjoys watercolor painting, cooking, gardening, and caring for her two pet beetles.

Dave Doyle, Band and Orchestra Specialist

Dave has been a member of the Moore Music Company team since 2000. He has played French Horn with the Greensboro Symphony for over 40 years, and was a member of an avant-garde improv group called the F-Art Ensemble in the 1980s, and again during their revival in the 2010s. A craft beer connoisseur, his biggest accomplishment is keeping all his hair.

Matt Guard, Keyboard Specialist

Matt Guard began playing piano at the age of 10, and quickly gravitated towards song writing and music production. His knowledge and passion for keyboard instruments extends to vintage electric keyboards, synthesizers, Hammond organs, and thrifted noise-makers. As a recording artist, he is credited on over 60 published recordings for various artists as well as his own original projects. When he’s not working in music, you can find him walking his two dogs across Greensboro.

Andrea Alcantar, Sales Associate

Andrea "Dre" Alcantar has been playing French horn since 6th grade and is currently pursuing a degree in music performance at UNCG. Among friends she is frequently sought out as a fashion consultant and occasional logo designer.
