A Flexible Lesson Package is ideal for students with inconsistent schedules who cannot keep a regular weekly commitment. Flex lessons should be scheduled one at a time based on student and instructor availability. If something comes up and a student has to miss a lesson that has already been scheduled, they should give 24 hours notice by canceling the lesson in the student portal. We cannot reschedule lessons that are canceled by the student with less than 24 hours notice. A lesson that has already been rescheduled due to a student conflict is not eligible to be rescheduled again. If the student cancels a second time that lesson will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT: Students who have purchased a flexible lesson package are not guaranteed reserved weekly lesson time! To be eligible for a reserved weekly lesson time, the student must be registered for a monthly lesson subscription (autopay required). 

Lessons expire six months from the date of purchase. Lesson payments are non-refundable, and may not be used toward the purchase of other goods/services apart from private lessons at Moore Music Company.
